Alex Duarte was so attentive and knowledgeable. There were definitely a couple tough incidents in the transaction that were frustrating with the buyers lenders but Alex remained vigilant during everything and kept the deal alive. I will definitely be using Alex as my agent again in future real estate transactions.

Alex was my agent! I can’t begin to express my gratitude but I will give it a shot. Alex was very patient with my process and also was very knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had (which were many). Through his busy schedule he was able to accommodate, answer difference difficult questions, and accomplish his goal which was to help me. The process of purchasing a home will probably always be a daunting task but if you have an agent that is as patience and easy going as Alex, it will definitely help relax your mind. Now that I have had this experience, it the bar is set very high. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends because of his patience and understanding.
