Alex Duarte was so attentive and knowledgeable. There were definitely a couple tough incidents in the transaction that were frustrating with the buyers lenders but Alex remained vigilant during everything and kept the deal alive. I will definitely be using Alex as my agent again in future real estate transactions.

Alex was my agent! I can’t begin to express my gratitude but I will give it a shot. Alex was very patient with my process and also was very knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had (which were many). Through his busy schedule he was able to accommodate, answer difference difficult questions, and accomplish his goal which was to help me. The process of purchasing a home will probably always be a daunting task but if you have an agent that is as patience and easy going as Alex, it will definitely help relax your mind. Now that I have had this experience, it the bar is set very high. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends because of his patience and understanding. With all that being said if you are on the fence about speaking to him about your real estate needs or interests, No need because you are in good hands.

The Duarte group was a pleasure to work with. We were buying a home and planning a wedding at the same time so you can imagine how hectic life was at the time.
